Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the use of all products and services (the “Service”) provided by the application creator (the “Operator”). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the user of the Service (the “Customer”) and the Operator.

1. Acceptance of the Terms

  • By using the Service, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms. If the Customer does not agree to the Terms, they may not use the Service.
  • If the Customer is a minor, they must obtain consent from a legal guardian or parent before using the Service. If the Service is used on behalf of a business entity, that entity must also agree to these Terms before use.

2. Modifications to the Terms

  • The Operator may revise these Terms when deemed necessary within the scope of the purpose of the Service. In such cases, the Operator will notify Customers of the changes and their effective date via the Service, the Operator’s website, or by other appropriate means. The revised Terms shall take effect on the date specified.

3. Privacy

  • The Operator respects the privacy of its Customers and will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. The Operator takes all reasonable measures to ensure the security of the information it collects.

4. Termination of Use

  • Customers may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the application.

5. Provision of the Service

  • Customers are responsible for preparing and maintaining the necessary equipment, software, communication means, and power supply to use the Service.
  • The Operator may limit access to certain parts of the Service to Customers who meet specified requirements (e.g., age, identity verification, registration).
  • The Operator may modify or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time without prior notice if deemed necessary.

6. Advertisements

  • The Operator may display advertisements from itself or third parties within the Service.

7. Third-Party Services

  • The Service may include services or content provided by third parties. Responsibility for such services or content lies with the respective third parties, and they may be governed by their own terms of use and policies.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Customers shall not engage in the following actions in connection with the Service:

  • Violating laws, regulations, court orders, or legally binding administrative decisions
  • Actions that are offensive to public order or morals
  • Infringement of intellectual property rights, privacy, or other legal or contractual rights of the Operator or third parties
  • Posting or transmitting violent, sexually explicit, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate content
  • Impersonating the Operator or a third party, or spreading false information
  • Exchanging the right to use the Service for money or other compensation in unauthorized ways
  • Using the Service for commercial purposes without prior consent
  • Engaging in harassment, defamation, or any use outside the intended scope of the Service
  • Supporting or cooperating with antisocial groups
  • Conducting religious activities or solicitation
  • Unauthorized collection or disclosure of others’ personal or usage data
  • Reverse engineering or unauthorized access to source code
  • Encouraging or assisting in any of the above actions
  • Any other conduct that the Operator reasonably deems inappropriate

9. Customer Responsibility

  • The Customer uses the Service at their own risk and is solely responsible for all actions and outcomes related to their use. If the Customer causes damage to the Operator or a third party (including legal fees), they must immediately compensate for such damage.

10. No Warranty

  • The Operator makes no warranties, express or implied, that the Service (including its content) is free of defects, bugs, errors, security issues, infringements, or is reliable, accurate, complete, effective, or fit for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • The Operator shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including due to Service updates, interruptions, or modifications. The Operator is not liable for any decryption of encrypted content by third parties.

12. Governing Law and Legal Compliance

  • If any part of these Terms is found to violate consumer protection laws or other applicable laws, such provisions shall be considered invalid only to the extent of the violation. The remainder of the Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Communication

  • The Operator may communicate with Customers regarding the Service via postings on the Service or the Operator’s website, or by any method the Operator deems appropriate.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

15. Subscriptions and Payments

  • This service offers paid subscription plans (hereinafter referred to as “Paid Plans”) that allow users to hide advertisements and unlock additional features. The details, pricing, and duration of each Paid Plan are provided within the application.
  • Purchases of Paid Plans are processed through your app store account, and payments are handled in accordance with the policies of the respective app store.
  • Please note that we do not offer refunds for any reason once a Paid Plan has been purchased. Before subscribing, please carefully review the content and make your purchase at your own discretion. However, refund requests may be submitted in accordance with the refund policy of your respective app store (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
  • Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, your subscription will be automatically renewed. To cancel the auto-renewal, please follow the procedures in your app store settings before the renewal deadline.
  • We reserve the right to change the content or pricing of the Paid Plans without prior notice. Any such changes will apply from the next subscription renewal period onward.
